What do you like about being a governor at Morgans?
The vision of the school has great appeal for me and I enjoy being able to contribute strategically to the running and organisation of the school.
Team work and working collaboratively is essential and I believe that this is part of the ethos at Morgans.
l am able to visit the school during the day and look forward to getting to know the school better.
What skills do you bring to the role?
I have a background in health and social care and have worked for services to promote health ,well being, facilitate independence and enable engagement in all areas of life.
In the past I have been involved with service reviews and the implementation of organisational change.
What is your favorite learning power?
Developing confidence is so important to children and young people. From the conversations that I have had with pupils at Morgans it is clear that they have the opportunities to become self confident and have self belief.
